The hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities, such as a spa lounge for serene relaxation. Apart from that, I had in-room breakfast and enjoyed the bar/lounge area. Staffs delivered excellent service, and the location was convenient.

The beds were super comfy, like sinking into a cloud. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The tram stop right outside was a big bonus, making it easy to explore the city.
One major disappointment was the lack of facilities. The sauna was not working and the gym was subpar, not matching what was advertised.

It was a pleasant experience. Everything was fantastic, including staff and location, its fast wi-fi. A safe box, central heating and an iron in the room and the comfortable bed.

Great location for exploring historical sites. Helpful and generous staff who allowed us to keep our room until late afternoon at no extra cost. Attention to detail was superb, providing a comfortable stay for us and our pet. The breakfast was superb with a good selection of options. Excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with really friendly staff and very clean rooms. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see in this city and there was a tram stop right outside with lines that go around Planty. The breakfast was great with so much choice and we appreciated that you could order eggs as you like. there were parking options nearby, convenient for us.
Can't fault anything about it.

We were impressed with the location of the hotel, just a short walk to both the Old Town main square and Wawel Castle. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh smoothies and delicious fresh cooked items. we would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that was in a perfect location, within walking distance of all major attractions in the city center. The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the city skyline. The bathroom was spacious. The service from the staff was top-notch. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods available. We also enjoyed the cocktails at the bar and the reasonable prices of the nearby restaurants.
We did experience some difficulty with the dinner voucher system and a lack of understanding from the waitstaff.
